Shipping:  Bamboobarry.com products are shipped FedEx, UPS, or common carrier and must be specified at the time of order acceptance. All shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer and shipping is normally between 5- 7 days  

Returns: Can only be returned within a 30 day period of receipt of goods. A request Authorization Number must be issued prior to returning and nothing will be accepted without an AUTHORIZATION NUMBER first. A 20% restocking fee is charged on returned materials.

Terms: Terms of sale are that all ales are due at time of order placement and are due prior shipment in full (100%).

Business Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00am ~ 5:30pm Eastern Time.

Payments: Payment Terms: All orders are prepaid prior to shipping. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Pay Pal and personal check or cash. Any order paid by check will be shipped once the check has cleared the bank.

Returned Checks: Any check for whatever reason, which is returned to our bank, and will incur a $35.00 charge.

Prices & Availability: Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Please quote the Price List date when ordering.

Cutting and Splitting to Length: We charge $2.00 per cut when cutting poles to length. We charge $1.50 per LF when splitting poles lengthwise. For diameters over 4", we charge $2.00 /LF.
